MaLora McCullough

MaLora is an attorney with over 15 years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and individuals on a range of issues, including restructuring and insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance-related disputes. She has also held significant senior administrative roles within law firms and government legal departments, including firmwide Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and Special Counsel for Initiatives at the Kings County Office of the District Attorney.
MaLora has led the development and implementation of initiatives for recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse workforce. She also worked closely with Diversity & Inclusion Committees, affinity groups, firm leadership, and other key stakeholders on diversity-related efforts. She has designed and presented seminars on identifying and interrupting unconscious bias and enhancing cultural competency and cultural awareness.
MaLora worked with Cyrus Vance, Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee to Enhance Diversity in the Profession, on its Inaugural Statement of Diversity Principles. These principles, issued in 1991, sought to increase the hiring and retention of minority lawyers within law firms and corporate legal departments.
MaLora holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. Lawrence University and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
