Brittany Boone

Brittany has over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry where she spearheaded many of the diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) efforts for Farmers Insurance. Brittany developed and facilitated trainings, panel discussions, and other activities related to DEI and implicit bias, and helped with the launching of ERGs.
Brittany earned her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology – with a specialization in Organizational Diversity and Social Change. She has conducted extensive research on workplace discrimination, diversity trends, employee engagement, and organizational commitment. Brittany has also conducted culture and climate assessments at both the department and company level. Additionally, she has gained an understanding of how to help businesses link their strategic priorities with diversity best practices and change management.
Over the last 5 years, Brittany has worked with clients across many industries, with a concentration in the financial services sector and the entertainment industry. She has done on-set consulting with TV shows including America's Got Talent, Project Runway, and the Real Housewives franchise.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Missouri-Columbia, an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Avila University, and a Ph.D from Walden University.
