Unconscious bias can negatively impact a broad range of decisions and interactions. It can influence who’s hired, who’s selected for high-profile projects, and who receives constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring. Left unaddressed, these biases can undermine an organization’s commitment to both excellence and meritocracy. This workshop helps participants understand how biases can impede the organization’s ability to attract, retain and develop the broadest pool of top talent. For clients who want a deeper dive, we also offer workshops focused on how bias can affect the hiring and performance review processes.
