Strategy Development
To achieve long-term success, organizations need a roadmap that links diversity and inclusion to their business objectives as well as to policies, practices and everyday behaviors. The roadmap identifies the business case, a future vision, goals and objectives, action steps, and accountability metrics for tracking results.
Using the culture assessment as the starting point, we work with an Internal Task Force or Diversity Committee to develop a 3-5 year Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan which serves as the roadmap. Once in place, the Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan gives everyone in the firm or organization a sense of direction, specific priorities, and hopefulness about the future.
